International Financial Coaching Conference

IFCC 2026 Overview

We’re officially setting course for our 2026 Coach Connections event—
and it’s happening on the ocean!

Not sure if you've had a chance to visit with attendees of previous conferences. If not, I encourage you to visit with a member who has attended. Our conferences are well worth the time and expense to attend...but don't take my word for it, ask them.

After reviewing options and voting at the 2025 conference, members selected the Celebrity Beyond.

Whether you missed the conference or just haven’t caught the full details yet—here’s everything you need to know.

Why We Chose a Cruise This Year

We wanted something fresh. Something fun. And something that still creates space for deep connections and growth.

Instead of hotel walls and banquet halls, we’ll be gathering in ocean-view lounges and meeting up casually on sea days. You’ll have the flexibility to:

  • Relax or adventure with your +1

  • Choose your own room & price point

  • Engage in Coach Connections-style learning—without the stuffy conference feel

And yes, we’ll work to build it so it qualifies as a business write-off (I can't give tax advice...).

The total cost of the cruise will be pretty much the same as our regular conference fee. The biggest difference is a lighter Coach Connections conference fee (reduced from $850 to $50).

What to Expect

A bit lighter than our normal 'intense' conferences but we will still have a mixture of presentations, collaboration and working sessions.  We will try to meet in open spaces, more like a retreat than a stuffy meeting space. But, we'll also be focused on taking advantage of the destinations and the cruise itself.

Most first timers are surprised by the intensity, endurance, interaction and engagement...if you've been to a conference where you get a pen and pad of paper to sit back and take notes... this isn't it.  I suggest you arrive well rested and block off the day after you get home for rest.

We may use days at sea for more sessions so we are free to explore when we are at port.

Attire

Comfortable, we will have some long days.  Layers are good, bring a light coat or sweater if you get cold easy.  Polos are preferred to t-shirts during the day mainly because we’ll be recording sessions.  Sneakers and sandals are fine.

Spouses

Spouses are welcome and encouraged to join you. They are encouraged to join us for dinner (eating out) and our social gatherings.  If your spouse would like to attend the meetings and lunch, we do need to charge them as an attendee. If your spouse has a business and it makes sense, we may be able to have them present at our conference so they are able to write-off a portion of their trip also.

Couple Coaches

Because of the way we breakdown the conference rates, each coach needs to register for the event

Transportation

Highly encouraged to arrive the night before so you don't have to worry about airfare delays and miss the ship.

Double Occupancy

You are welcome to have roommates.  The beds are able to split. Verify this when booking your specific room.

Refunds

If booking through the group, you have a full refund up until 91 days prior to the trip for the cruise fare.

The Coach Connections $50 conference fee is not refundable.

Conference Cost

Members choose the venue. How do we keep conference fees so low?  Members volunteers to research locations, chose the final destination and negotiated great discounts.  We do not run the conference as a revenue generator...I build a spending plan and divide the cost among the anticipated number of attendees

Conference Registration - $50 is extremely low this year as I don't expect many typical 'conference costs' for things like meeting facility, technology, evening reception, lunches, daily refreshments and snacks, entertainment, etc.

Room Rate - Depends on which type of room you choose
